ALL THE FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW

And of course, if you need anything else; please email, text, or call and we are here to help!

HOW DO I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT?

To request an appointment, please fill out the online, custom project contact form. Located on the menu bar. Please note: a nonrefundable booking fee will be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. you do not owe a booking fee until after we have sent an estimate.

“I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, BUT I NOW WANT SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I SAID I WANTED – IS THAT OK?”

The artist must approve each project before booking – this means your appointment and nonrefundable booking fee are only for the project that the artist has agreed to do at the time of booking. If you later decide that you would like to cancel the initial project and would instead like something very different than what was agreed upon at the time of booking, you will risk forfeiting your nonrefundable booking fee unless the artist approves of the new project. The artist spends time preparing materials specifically for your project prior to your appointment, so please do not wait until the day of your appointment to let us know that you have changed your mind — please contact us as soon as possible to let us know what you have in mind, and we can discuss whether or not Holly is the right artist for the new project.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

Typically within a week. Thank you for your patience and understanding. *Please be sure to provide your correct email address and phone number on the application form or we will be unable to send a response.*

IM NOT A FAN OF EMAIL, CAN’T I JUST COME BY, OR CALL?

Please keep in mind that Holly owns a private studio, and we are appointment-only, not a walk-in shop. When she is at the studio, she is either preparing for or working with a client. This means they are not able to do walk-in application. Consider that you would probably be less than thrilled if people were constantly interrupting your session to talk to your artist about their tattoo ideas. To uphold excellent customer service, email or phone is the preferred method of communication.

CAN I GET IN SOONER?

If you would like to be added to Holly’s cancellation list, feel free to drop her an email, or mention it in your application form. typically, you can only be called in for a cancelation spot if your project is already started, since some projects require HOURS of drawing before the appointment. But, if you ever have available dates that you'd like us to keep you in mind for, it never hurts to let us know that.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR MY BOOKING FEE AND TATTOO SESSION?

booking fee are received online after your project has a formal estimate. booking fee are made via debit or credit card online.

IMPORTANT ADVISORY regarding tattoo placements and their potential impact on military service eligibility in the armed forces of the United States.

Certain tattoo placements may automatically disqualify individuals from joining the military. The specific areas identified include the face, neck, forearm, hand, or lower leg. The armed forces of the United States have established these guidelines to ensure the safety and operational effectiveness of their personnel.

While we respect individual choices and artistic expression, it is our responsibility to inform you of the potential implications that these specific tattoo placements may have on your eligibility for military service. We strongly advise considering this information before proceeding with any tattoo in these areas, especially if you have aspirations of joining the armed forces.

It is important to note that this advisory does not apply to current military personnel or veterans who may already have tattoos in these areas. However, we encourage anyone considering a tattoo in these placements to thoroughly research and understand the military's regulations and consult with a military recruiter for accurate and up-to-date information.
