Policies have been thoughtfully created for you and your artist. We strive to create the best environment that is fair for all parties.
Booking fees are due at the time of your booking, after your application has been reviewed and approved.
- Your Booking fee does come off of the price of your tattoo appointment.
- All booking fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- In the event you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fees.
- In the event you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your booking fee.
- In the event you book a project and then later decide that you want something different than what the artist agreed to at the time of booking, you may forfeit your booking fees.
- Life happens! In the event you reschedule over 48 hours prior to the appointment time, we will typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests; third and subsequent requests to reschedule the project will be considered solely at the discretion of the artist and may require a new booking fee.
- In the event you reschedule over 48 hours prior to your appointment but fail to commit to another appointment within a few weeks of your request, you will forfeit your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book another appointment at a later date.
- In event that an appointment is canceled less than 48 work hours before an appointment, a loss of the appointment booking fee will incur.
- Each client has the option to reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours (weekends are not included) prior to their appointment date with no penalty.
- At any point, if you cancel your appointment entirely, but the artist has already created your sketch. You forfeit your booking fee.
- Consultations are Free, but if you no show or reschedule repeatedly, there will be a $50 charge to reschedule your consult.
We invite clients to submit an application to schedule a new appointment when they are ready.
There is a deep appreciation of every single client and their unique projects. Please, before filling out an application, and especially before paying your booking fee, I urge you to do your due diligence and know that I am the artist you have chosen. I am always here to answer questions before you book, but remember that BOOKING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Please do not book your appointment unless you are fully ready to commit to the project!
